CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy); Will It Affect You?

If you are planning a development or thinking about extending your home (extensions over 100m2 ) you  want to act quickly. Gloucestershires local authorities ( including Cheltenham Borough Council, Gloucester City Council & Tewkesbury Borough Council are implementing CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy)). This charging schedule from early 2019 with a fixed date is yet to be confirmed. St. Michael and All Angels Church Update

Conservation repair works have started on the Grade II* listed St. Michael and All Angels Church in Herefordshire. The grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund will address the major repairs needed to the tower, the roofs, rainwater goods, stonework, the porch, several windows, internal walls and ceilings, and electrics. The project started with excavations for a French drain where the contractors, watched over by an Archaeologist, discovered a previous building or an earlier phase to the 12th Century Church. In

Regeneration in E10

RRA is working with our developer client on this new-build, five-unit, residential development in South-East London. The design considers the massing and form of the adjacent buildings and, in a contemporary manner, produces a building that sits very well in its context. The project is currently being evaluated for viability and we hope to be discussing it with the local authority in the next few weeks.
