We are recruiting for a Marketing and Administration Assistant

RRA Architects is looking for Marketing and Administration Assistant for our Cheltenham office.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Administration Assistant, ideally with PA experience, to join the team in our Central Cheltenham office. You would be reporting directly to and working with our Marketing Director and alongside the Administration team.

The successfully applicant needs to:

  • Have willingness to get involved and be part of the team.
  • Have the ability to work under own initiative and think outside the box.
  • Have the ability to hit the floor running.
  • Have the ability to prioritise deadlines.
  • Be organised to maintain files and update databases.
  • have Adobe CS Suite experience (in particular Photoshop and InDesign Skills).
  • Have excellent English and grammar for writing content
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines that may change.
  • Have an appreciation of design.
  • Be self motivated.

Previous content writing experience and proof-reading skills and an interest in the industry, would be an advantage

Recruiting Part 1 Architectural Assistants for RRA Architects

RRA Architects is looking for Part I Architectural Assistants for our Cheltenham office.

Due to an increased workload RRA Architects is offering an excellent opportunity for Part I Architectural Assistants to join its award winning architectural team.

We are recruiting for our new office based in Central Cheltenham offices. The position will provide you with exposure to all RIBA stages within a range of project values and project sectors, including Residential, Commercial and Education. The role will involve you working on projects from conception through to completion.

The successfully applicant needs to:

  • Be qualified to RIBA Part 1
  • Have an ability to learn RRA software and MS Office
  • Have a good working knowledge of CAD, preferably Vectorworks/Sketchup
  • Have excellent design & organizational skills
  • Be fluent in spoken & written technical English
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude

Previous architectural practice experience and knowledge of Adobe CS, particularly Photoshop, would be an advantage

RRA recruitment ad for experienced Part II Architectural Assistant

RRA Architects is looking for an Architectural Technician or Part II Architectural Assistant experienced in working drawing packages.

Working with RRA will provide you with exposure to all RIBA stages within a range of project sectors, including Residential, Commercial and Education. It would involve you working on projects from conception through to completion, liaising directly with private clients, local authorities and consultants, designing concepts and producing packages for planning, building control and construction.

Essential requirements
* Be qualified to the appropriate level for the position
* Be fluent in spoken & written technical English
* Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent CAD software skills (Vectorworks preferred).
* Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
* Full UK driving licence and car.
* Have a ‘can-do’ attitude
