Herefordshire Council calls for landowners who may have sites for possible future housing development The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) is one of a number of evidence based and supporting studies produced or commissioned by local councils to inform the preparation of the new planning policy relating to housing delivery. Local Plans set out the planning policies to guide development in local areas and define the use of the land in a district, usually over a 15 to 20 year
Regents University London is delighted to announce substantial progress of ongoing repairs to heritage and listed fabric within their main campus estate in central London. Confirmed spending towards the repair of the timber casement windows of the Grade II Listed Halls of Residence and its adjoining buildings will help to ensure that the University buildings will be watertight for future generations to come. RRA has been working closely with RUL and the Crown Estate’s administrators to restore a significant number of
We are pleased to announce that RRA has been appointed by the Hereford Diocese following submission of a successful bid to carry out conservation repairs and the reordering of a closed church building in South Herefordshire. Originally founded in the 12th Century, the church of St Michael, at Brampton Abbots, boasts typical Norman architecture with surviving examples of Romanesque detailing. After a close inspection of historic records, we found that the church has a rich and vibrant history. The church, dedicated
Over the last few years we have been working with Canwood Gallery a non-for-profit gallery set up with the goal of exhibiting thought provoking art within the beautiful and inspiring countryside of Herefordshire and whose profits will be donated to St Bart’s hospital. The gallery owner, a retired farmer, became critically ill with leukemia as a young man and was sent down to Bart’s hospital in London, to take part in a medical trial as a last ditch attempt to try

A record crowd of over 6000 people attended to enjoy the event, officially known as the ‘Robert Hitchins Andoversford Grand Annual Meeting’ after the main sponsors. RRA went along, also as sponsors and to experience the thrill of this classic piece of racing history. A wonderful day was had by all with the sun beaming down over the rolling Cotswold hills and the camels thundering down the racecourse –
