“It is important to prepare good accurate visual information in order to support development and to bring members of the public on board” Said the RRA Hereford project team working on this project.
“Currently there is a presumption in favour of sustainable housing development in Herefordshire and now is the time to consider sites for housing development, particularly as there is a delay to conclusion of the core-strategy and many neighbourhood plans are not yet formally adopted.”
Approved by Herefordshire Council on the 6th of May 2015 this contemporary housing scheme is a sustainable development. The mix of housing types, which met affordable housing and local needs, ensure forward planning aims, in the village of Ewyas Harold will be met to secure ongoing housing need.
Working with Kentchurch Court Estate, Savills, EDP and Robert West, RRA resolved layout designs and unit type to unlock planning permission for this low density housing scheme, which is reflective of the location, and appreciates the transition from village to open countryside.
Key aspects of the development is the Client choosing the right professional team of consultants, who together ensured excellent delivery of public consultation to accommodate the views of the parish and the planning department.
