RRA was delighted to recently receive planning approval from Cotswold District Council for a two storey front and side extension to a contemporary, country residence. We were appointed by our client to improve the circulation of the existing property and enhance the external appearance. RRA took great time and care to explore many options changing floor plans, considering the relocation of the staircase and reconfiguring rooms to reach a solution that met all requirements and which the clients were very
Another of our projects recently finished in Gloucestershire is looking fabulous in the Autumn sunshine. Our client wanted to leave the original building relatively unchanged and remove an assortment of buildings previously extended to the rear to be replaced with a new structure. The glazed link provides a new entrance whilst also allowing the original built form to be clearly visible. This leads into a spacious, open plan living area. The addition of the roof terrace allows our client to take full advantage
Following being shortlisted for the New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering (NMITE) Skylon Campus competition earlier this year, RRA was invited to participate in a subsequent competition for the design of the Centre for Automated Manufacture (CAM). Despite the tricky situation with Covid-19, Ducketts Trusted Advisors and ABGI-UK still managed to pull off yet another very successful Charity Golf Day. NMITE, which stands for New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering, is working towards becoming a
When RRA booked a Cocktail Masterclass at Malmaison in support of the Pied Piper Appeal we had no idea exactly what would be involved nor how much fun it would be. We gathered around one of Malmaison’s expert mixologists and our teacher for the evening, Tessa, in one of Malmaison’s private tasting rooms. Each of us stood in front of an assortment of glasses and very professional looking ‘things’. The table set for the evening in one of Malmaison’s private tasting rooms. The
